Foreign
trade is one of Spanish SMEs pending subjects in general and of Galician
SMEs in particular, since only a reduced number of companies perform
external operations regularly.
Ignorance
of external markets, as well as lack of vocation or determinism in the
internationalization process, causes that many companies drop their
performance in external markets when the outcome of a situation is not
beneficial for the business managment. In order to solve this situation,
it is necessary for the company to plan its internationalization process
and to make a correct estimation of the results.
