This increase in the degree of available qualification and information will allow commercial establishments to plan their future in a more effective and professional way.           

It must be taken inco account that the constitution and the consolidation of small businesses is one of the most important employment and wealth creation sources. Because of this, the adequation and renovation of tools, knowledge and methods is so important to ensure the future success of commercial establishments as well as the renovation of products and services rendered to citizens.
